Update on Covid-19 Measures
Following recent Government announcements on new national and local restrictions Fylde RFC are keeping their Covid-19 measures under continual review.
Rugby activities are continuing at the club in accordance with Government and RFU guidelines. Risk Assessments have been carried out and protocols are in place for all teams and age groups. Advice has also been sought from the police and Fylde BC on measures to safely manage social distancing amongst spectators (including parents) who attend our training sessions.
The Clubhouse is open at various times during the week for our staff, volunteers and tenants. However, Members are asked not visit the Clubhouse during these periods unless it is absolutely essential.
The Clubhouse remains open to Members and their guests for social activity on Friday from 6pm and Saturday from 2pm. This is being kept under review. Please come along and enjoy a drink or two but for everyone’s safety Members must follow the updated protocol below.

A reminder from Campbell & Rowley
Confused with all the changes in law? What can you do? What can’t you do?
Don’t worry – you are not alone – Here is a summary of the latest changes in legislation to help you keep you and yours all safe and legal.
Face covering You have to wear a face mask at all times in the Club, other than when you are sat at a table drinking. Going to the restroom, walking around, leaving and entering, you must wear a face covering. This is law – unless you have a medical exemption
You cannot stand at the bar! This is a law. It is table service only
Law of 6. You can sit within a max group of 6, from a number of different households. This is law. You are ‘urged’, however, to only sit with other members of your own household or support bubble, this is guidance.
Details for track and trace have to be left with the club. Either via the signing in procedure or using the QR code via the NHS track and trace app. This is law
Emptying out time. The curfew for all bars across the country is 10pm – not last orders, not time to drink up – All customers need to be out of the bar at 10pm. Last Orders will be at 9.30pm and the doors shut at 10pm. This is law
Anything you are still not sure of? Just ask any of the bar team or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will be sure to keep you updated with any changes as we go forward.
