Fylde was an early adopter in the use of social media, principally via Twitter and Facebook. These media have become major vehicles for the dissemination of news (and views) on the Club, the National Leagues and sometimes the broader rugby community. Fylde were selected for the NCA N2N Social Media Award for the 2018-19 season (see the graphic above).
Of the 48 National League Clubs in the upcoming 2020-21 season, Fylde ranks 5th overall on the number of Twitter followers and 2nd in the number of tweets issued.
The Club’s Facebook pages are ranked =7th in the number of people who have ‘liked’ it.
