Fylde does Strictly – just days away!
As we build up to the big night, this coming Saturday (17 March), the five couples are putting in some last minute practice for the fierce competition ahead!
As all Strictly fans know, guest stars are always a big part of the show. Fylde Ladies are pleased to announce that joining local young singer George Powlesland, will be star of the West End and Lytham Festival, the fabulous Lucie-Mae Sumner!
Lucie-Mae, the daughter of our Dance Director Pat Sumner, starred in many performances on the Fylde Coast during her early career. She trained at the National Youth Theatre and the Royal Academy of Music and is now making a name for herself as a singer and an actress. Currently starring in Barnum in London, she has a short break at home before taking on the role of Roxie in Chicago. We are thrilled that Lucie-Mae can join the panel of judges and perform for our audience – a brilliant addition to Fylde does Strictly.
Tickets are available from Fylde Rugby Club at £15, payable by cash or cheque to Friends of Fylde – Fylde Ladies. Don’t miss out – it’s always a sell out!
