13th September 1pm-3pm – Core Rugby Skills
How to develop core handling and decision making skills in your players with ideas on how we can use games to test them.

20th September 1pm-3pm – Winning the contact
With a focus on individual contact skills we’ll look how players can keep the ball in contact and win the breakdown.
 
27th September 1pm-3pm – Decision making in Defence
The session will cover the importance of defending as a team, what is the best type of tackle to make and what to do next.

January Worshops
10th Jan - Kicking clinic
17th Jan – Backs Play  
24th Jan – Forwards Play

Coaches will be expected to take part in sessions so please bring trainers or boots (moulded studs). All sessions are free and open to all local coaches.
