With the future demise of cheques, Fylde RFC has moved into the digital age with the opportunity to complete your membership application on line.

The system allows members to pay by Direct Debit either Monthly or Annually, the categories of membership can be viewed below.

Each category has to be completed separately which allows full flexibility to change in the future, for example:-

An Adult non playing member with partner completes the form for themselves including the direct debit and one for his/her partner.

If you require gym membership you complete another.

For a family membership only one form is required. Please enter both your and your partner's name in the name box, eg Kevin & Caroline, to allow both names to be captured. It is also requested that names and ages of the children (up to three in the same box) are added in the box provided, in the format: Year Month name. For example, 02/08 Kevin would be for Kevin born in August 2002.  This also applies for Mini-Juniors.  This allows the club to search by age group.

1. Free entrance (with season ticket voucher) to all league matches for the season, excluding playing members

2. The opportunity to apply for International tickets (outside ‘Gold’ Membership)

3. Use of the Club’s Fitness Suite at an additional annual charge of £120.00 per person (over 18’s)

4. Membership plus a Partner for additional £40.00 per annum or £4 per month by Direct Debit (must reside at the same address)

5. 10% Discount Card. (Entitles 10% discount off bar prices)

Family Membership Package

1. Free entrance (with season ticket voucher) to all league matches for the season

2. The opportunity to apply for International tickets (outside ‘Gold’ Membership)

4. Membership includes a Partner and up to three children from school year 2 through to 11

5. 10% Discount Card. (Entitles 10% discount off bar prices)

Country (>50 miles) and Claret Members

1. The opportunity to apply for International tickets (outside ‘Gold’ Membership)

2. To join the gym all members must have an induction. This can be arranged by contacting the Club.
