The Fylde Gym is a fitness centre based at Fylde RFC in Lytham St Annes.

The gym has recently been fully refurbished with a comprehensive range of new equipment.

Use of the gym is restricted to gym members and access is via a key fob operated door entry system. CCTV is in operation for member’s safety and to help prevent the vandalism that the previous gym suffered from. Opening hours will initially be from 6.30am until 9.30pm. FACILITIES

The cardiovascular equipment includes Concept 2 rowers, tread mills, cross trainers upright and recumbent cycles and an upper body ergo machine. For strength training the equipment includes a high / low pulley machine, assisted chin and dip machine, a wide selection of dumbbells and benches, a smith machine, bench press and squat rack.

The majority of the equipment is from Technogym. The equipment has been carefully selected to cater for both males and females and for all abilities ranging from first time gym users to the serious fitness trainer.

There are changing facilities available.

MEMBERSHIP

The cost of a gym membership is £120 per annum. This can be paid either in a single annual payment or in quarterly instalments by standing order. All Gym members are required to be members of Fylde Rugby Club which starts at £40 per annum, click here for more details.

All members will receive a key fob for accessing the gym and will also have an initial induction in the use of the equipment. Included with every new membership will be £70 worth of training with Kinetics Personal Training.
