2011/12 SEASON

Applications are invited for tickets for the above Six Nations International games. The Club will only consider applications for International Tickets from Members who have confirmed their subscriptions by 1^st September 2011. Please use this form for your application. At present prices are unknown, but a deposit of £65 per ticket is required.

You are reminded that:-

• In selling the tickets Fylde RFC acts as an agent for the RFU. Tickets must not be sold on at a value higher than face value.

• If transferring tickets on to another individual, you must maintain control of the ticket placements as you are acting on behalf of Fylde RFC ~ any such transfer must only be conducted with the prior approval of the Fylde RFC Ticket Secretary

• Applications can only be considered from fully paid up members.

• Applications must be accompanied by the correct remittance, refunds will be made if we are unable to fulfil your requirements or there are price alterations.

• All applications must be accompanied by a stamped addressed envelope. Any not accompanied by one will automatically be disqualified. This applies to ALL members, including Gold Members.

• Only Gold members are guaranteed 2 tickets of their choice for each Home International.

• Gold members requiring tickets must apply for their allocation in the normal way.

• Closing date for applications is 30 September 2011.

Away Games Tickets for away games are becoming extremely difficult to get hold of, if the Club do manage to get an allocation their availability will be advertised on the Fylde RFC website ~ the above conditions will still apply.
