Wanderers (and team list), Saracens, Vikings & Vandals this Saturday

Fylde Wanderers will be hoping to extend their unbeaten run when they make the tricky journey to Birkenhead Park. Park have themselves had a good start to the season, with two wins (against Leigh & Caldy) and a heavy defeat, 15-67, at Sedgley Park.

They name a strong squad, despite losing some of their young players who've gone off to university.

Fylde Saracens welcome the Ashton-on-Mersey club Oldershaw 2nds to the Woodlands (ko 15.00). The visitors have won one game (32-17 v Marple) and lost another (0-49 at Buxton). The Sarries have won two out of their three games to date.

The Vikings, two out of two wins in Miller Homes 3 (North), visit Preston Grasshoppers 5ths. 'Hoppers have had a difficult start to the season with three defeats, 10-39 v Tyldesley 2nds, 5-78 at Sedgley Park 3rds & 10-48 at Vale of Lune 3rds.

Fylde Vandals entertain Burnley 3rds in a Miller Homes 4 (North) fixture at the Woodlands (ko 15.00). The Vandals have had a positive start to the season with two wins out of three. Burnley have only played one match, a win against Vale of Lune 4ths.
